its 2am. i cant sleep. and i feel like killing myself. FUCKING GOD I HATE THE NEW ANIMATION BUILDING. it is the reason for all my misery. i now basically go to school in a really expensive prison. the whole place is grey. floor to rediculiously low celing. all the classrooms, all the flooring, all the hallways. dark fucking grey wiht flourescent lighting. they might as well have just gone ahead and put bars on the fucking windows. I AM GOING TO DIE.
what pisses me off even more is the fact that animation is sheidans flagship program. its the only reason this school is on the map. so who gets the shittiest wing of the ENTIRE school? the animation dept. i find this odd seeing as how we pay some of the higest tuition in the school, nevermind that we should be given an environment that encourages CREATIVITY not DEPRESSION. what the fuck is wrong sheridan.
the c wing that the animation program used to be in was so nice. it had really high celings with skylights and nice, warmly lit interiors with little splashes of colour here and there. sure it was cramped, but its better that being locked in a dungeon like we are now. we are not business students, we're artists and we need a stimulating environment, not this piece of shit. even hospitals are nicer.
on a slightly random note....we have a new teacher for digital tools. she sucks.
and now for something that DOESNT suck.....well...ok doesnt such as MUCH lol ... i think i like ( THIIISSSS ) better as just plain line art...but oh well.....lol @ how crappy the bg is...( among other things). also, who the fuck wears a tshirt under a fancy dress?! hahahahah i drew it pretty late at night..
my 40yr old aunt wants me to go see the killers with her. ROFL x a bajillion. however, her boyfriends band is playing the horseshoe with sloane pretty soon, which sounds good...
also, this came up because last night was the family xmas dinner. i swear to god we are the only family to hvae our xmas dinner at RESTARAUNT. WTF. so once again my cousins and i ( we are 17,18 and 19.....) were delegated to the kids table. aka, we wer the baby sitters. arg. on the other hand, this allows us to talk about things that we couldnt around our parents...aka....drugs, sex and rocknroll type shit. and the great thing is, the little cousins are too young to even know what the hell were talking about. justin, who is 7 or 8 doesnt even know what sarcasm is...lol but......im kinda off topic beucase what this whole thing was SUPPOSED to be about was Amanda, my 10 yr old cousin. described by my aunt as 'britney spears in training". FANTASTIC. at least she was better behaved this year. im now her favortie cousin becasue i got her makeup for xmas. she actually SHRIEKED when she opened it. THIS GIRL IS FUCKING TEN YEARS OLD. Deanna ( the 19 yrs cousin ...lol i like how im listing all their ages...amazing...) was trying ot take a pic of amanda so she got out her little purse, her cellphone (wtf!!!) and her lipgloss and wouldnt let deanna take a picture of her without them. what is wrong with this little girl?! .....and more to the point, why are her parents buying a ten yearold a cellphone and fancy purses?
